The Indiana Regulatory Commission keeps Indiana residents safe when they dig. Many utilities are buried, and some of them aren't buried very deep. The commission promotes the message 'Call 811 Before You Dig.' I was initially hired to create a mural for use in an underground hallway that connects to the Indiana State House. Magazine ads and web ads were created with the same design. Later, the commission asked me to create graphics for the Indiana State Fair.
